Who we are

Wedding Crossword Maker (known in German as Hochzeits-Kreuzwort) is a small project by Ivonne and Richard. We built the tool for our own wedding and have kept it free ever since — every template, every design, every format, with no sign-up. The site is operated by Synergetic GmbH, a German company. Response times

We usually reply within two working days. Weekends and German public holidays can take longer — we are a two-person project, not a call centre. If your wedding is imminent, say so in the subject line and we will move your message to the front.

What we can help with fastest

• Lost track of your puzzle? Send us the 6-character share code from your confirmation email.
• A download failing or a print looking wrong? Tell us the code, the paper format, and whether it was PDF, PNG or JPG.
• An idea for a new product or design? Always welcome — a good share of the templates started as a message like that.
