How your wedding crossword works

In a few minutes you can have a personal wedding crossword ready for your guests to solve: this guide walks you through creating, designing, and downloading it print-ready.

1. Step 1: Enter questions and answers

   Open the editor and enter your clues – e.g. “Bride’s first name”, “Where you had your first date”, or “Your song”. Each clue needs a short answer (one word or a few). The puzzle is generated automatically from your entries.

2. Step 2: Choose a design

   Pick a design that fits your wedding: the simple base version without customization is free to download in every format. For colorful designs – from eucalyptus to boho to Art Deco – many more templates are available (see all designs). You can customize the title, couple names, and date.

3. Step 3: Save and note your code

   Your puzzle is saved automatically. You’ll get a six-character code – jot it down. With that code you can keep editing later or download your puzzle. Free and no sign-up.

4. Step 4: Download and print

   With the free black-and-white design you download straight away. For colorful designs or customizations, download follows checkout. Available as PDF or image (PNG, JPG) in various formats (A4 to A0). Print-ready for a wedding newspaper, place cards, or a reception game.
